Legal Protection Provided
The Constancia de Conformidad is a legal document showing that the packaging complies with all appropriate NOMs and protects the manufacturer, importer and retailer from adverse action by Mexican customs or consumer protection authorities. NomGurus works directly with agencies in Mexico accredited by the Dirección General de Normas (the Mexican consumer protection agency) to obtain the Constancia and provide this protection to our clients.
